Each consultant conducts training visits in an average of 50 dealerships of different brands along each year, whilst running offsite courses on a regular basis. CONSULTANCY IN DEALERSHIP, COACHING
During our network visits, the consultants focus on concepts, strategies, presentations and dynamic processes to assist sales team performance in four areas:
- Efficient presentation of TCM™ loyalty products to enhance sales penetration over eligible sales.
- Improvement of closing ratios, the program is incorporated in the sales process to achieve more overall car sales.
- Increasing dealership finance penetration.
- Advanced management of contract maturities, processes focused on renewal to a new vehicle and/or retention with finance entity through GFV financing.
- Strategic focus on 2, 3 and 4 year old used vehicles; the necessary paradigm shift.
