During our network visits, the consultants focus on concepts, strategies, presentations and dynamic processes to assist sales team performance in four areas:

  • Efficient presentation of TCM™ loyalty products to enhance sales penetration over eligible sales.
  • Improvement of closing ratios, the program is incorporated in the sales process to achieve more overall car sales.
  • Increasing dealership finance penetration.
  • Advanced management of contract maturities, processes focused on renewal to a new vehicle and/or retention with finance entity through GFV financing.
